应用荧光探针DPH测定完整红细胞膜流动性。山茛菪碱显著增加红细胞膜流动性。山茛菪碱对红细胞膜内源荧光的焠灭呈药物浓度依赖,钙和山茛菪碱对红细胞膜内源荧光的焠灭有协同作用,提示山茛菪碱对膜疏水区有作用,并且直接与膜蛋白反应导致能量转移。
Fluorescence probe DPH determination of intact erythrocyte membrane fluidity. Anisodamine significantly increased erythrocyte membrane fluidity. Anisodamine quenched endogenous fluorescence of erythrocyte membrane was drug concentration-dependent, calcium and anisodamine quenched endogenous fluorescence of erythrocyte membrane synergy, suggesting that anisodamine has an effect on membrane hydrophobic region, and Direct reaction with membrane proteins leads to energy transfer.
