《塞外情思》是一首具有浓郁的蒙古族音乐风格的中胡独奏曲,内涵深刻、表现手法多样,表现了作者对往事的怀念和对逝去年华的眷恋之情,抒发了对人生和美好年华的感悟之情。作者刘长福为我国杰出的二胡演奏家和教育家,《塞外情思》这首乐曲在其音乐创作和演奏艺术中具有重要的意义和独特的魅力。本文着重从音乐创作和演奏艺术方面,尤其是对集作者与演奏者为一身的刘长福如何生动地用二胡表现运用蒙古族音乐风格方面来阐述这首作品的艺术特色。
