从正常组织到肿瘤是一个渐进过程,可以有多个阶段,也可能显示出不同的病变。肿瘤是良性还是恶性,其间有些界限极难区分[1]。良、恶性之间能否把握住形态学、影像学改变与生物学行为出现相悖现象,而这些改变都可能是浸润性恶性肿瘤的前驱病变。以致有“交界性肿瘤”这个概念出现
