中小企业财务管理创新是在中小企业原有财务管理制度上进行的变革,针对中小企业财务管理活动积累的财务状况,通过有效的财务管理制度来实现中小企业的财务目标,促进中小企业经营活动的开展。在阐述了中小企业财务管理创新内容的基础上,对中小企业自主创新存在的问题进行了分析,提出了中小企业财务管理创新方法。
