随着当前公开选拔方式运用广度与深度的有效拓展,党政人才选拔任用中的适用比例和频率正逐步增强,各地在党政人才公选模式和公选机制的构建上有了长足的进步。但是,实践中存在的一些不容忽视的问题,也在一定程度上制约着公选工作的质量和效果。当前,应紧紧抓住＂加大竞争性选拔＂和＂推行差额选拔＂两个干部制度改革重点,积极引入现代人才测评理论,探索测评量化积分模式,着力构建党政人才公推选差选新机制,努力推动党政人才选拔工作的科学化、规范化、制度化。
