对10个常用玉米自交系进行完全双列杂交,以杂种优势距离为指标进行聚类分析.结果表明,10个自交系可划分为5类,即818、330为一类群;Mo17、龙抗11、龙抗92为一类群;系14、龙抗31B、龙抗56A为一类群;8112和黄早四各成一类。各类群间有着不同的遗传背景,类群间平均优势值较高,类群内优势值较低.
A total of 10 common inbred lines of maize were used for complete diallel cross breeding and the heterosis distance was used as an index for cluster analysis. The results showed that 10 inbred lines could be divided into 5 groups, that is, 818 and 330 were one group; Mo17, Longkang 11 and Longkang 92 were one group; lines 14, Longkang 31B and Longkang 56A were groups; 8112 And yellow morning four into a class. Each group has a different genetic background, the average superiority among the groups is higher, the dominant value within the group is lower.
