In the days when government agencies are constantly emerging and social buildings are in conflict, public buildings are lifeless and are forgotten. However, in the developing southern part of California and its neighboring areas, Ralph Allen’s architectural enhancements to the area and the city are unforgettable. The curved concrete body represented by his masterpiece reflects his originality on the site and utility—a harmony of aesthetics and function. As a result, a memorable and respected building emerged. Ralph Allen’s designs include school buildings (regardless of their size), library buildings (whether public or professional), church buildings, and ideas for building new communities. Various buildings express themselves with their unique materials. Emphasizing material and giving material forms is a feature of Ralph Allen’s design project. He integrates architecture and the natural environment, and extensively uses concrete to sculpt a memorable body. His architectural expressions are highlighted by the light and the enhanced local climate.
