高职教育的历史使命是培养全面发展的应用型技术人才。培养学生的就业竞争能力、提高就业质量是高职教育不可或缺的重要目标。随着不断增加的大学生毕业人数,高职学生的就业压力也在不断加大,毕业生的就业与国家、高职院校和学生利益的关系密切。因此,提高学生就业质量是高职院校的重要工作。
The historical mission of higher vocational education is to train all-round development of applied technical talents. Cultivating students’ employment competitiveness and improving the quality of employment are the indispensable and important goals of higher vocational education. With the increasing number of college graduates, the employment pressure of higher vocational students is also constantly increasing. The employment of graduates is closely related to the interests of the state, higher vocational colleges and students. Therefore, improving the quality of students’ employment is an important task for vocational colleges.
