目的对某五金加工企业职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查法,在综合分析的基础上进行评价。结果该建设项目工作场所空气中粉尘、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧、锰及其无机化合物、氧化锌、乙苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准,噪声合格率52.3%,紫外辐射合格率75.0%,照度合格率48.1%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果较好,但需进一步完善隔声、消声降噪措施和紫外辐射的个人防护,调整部分工作场所的照度。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a hardware processing enterprise. Methods The occupational health field survey, the occupational disease hazard factor test and the occupational health examination method were used to evaluate on the basis of comprehensive analysis. Results The concentrations of dust, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, manganese and their inorganic compounds, zinc oxide, ethylbenzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the construction project all met the national occupational health standards and the noise passing rate was 52.3 %, The qualified rate of UV radiation is 75.0%, the qualified rate of illumination is 48.1%. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project is good. However, it is necessary to further improve the personal protection of sound insulation, noise reduction and noise reduction measures and UV radiation and adjust the illuminance of some workplaces.
