有报道猪卵和人类卵的透明带有共同的抗原特征。在兔体内产生的抗猪卵透明带抗体,能在猪卵和人类卵透明带上形成沉淀素层(Precipitin la-yer)。免疫荧光染色检查发现,在某些未能解释的不孕症妇女的血清中存在有与猪卵透明带反应的抗体。从透明带上分离单一纯化的抗原十分困难。本文作者报道了用抗透明带单克隆抗体的方法来确定透明带抗原组份、透明带精子结合位点,以及说明抗猪透明带单克隆抗体阻止受精的作用机理。
It has been reported that the zona pellucida of pig eggs and human eggs share common antigenic characteristics. Anti-porcine zona pellucida antibody produced in rabbits can form Precipitin la-yer on porcine egg and human egg zona pellucida. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that there was an antibody that reacted with porcine zona pellucida in the serum of some unexplained infertile women. It is very difficult to separate single purified antigen from zona pellucida. The authors report the use of anti-zona pellucida monoclonal antibodies to determine zona pellucida antigen components, zona pellucida binding sites, and the mechanism of anti-porcine zona pellucida monoclonal antibodies against fertilization.
