冬虫夏草【Cordyceps Sinensis(Berk)Sacc】为我国特有名贵药材。中国医科院药物所分离得到Cs—4虫草菌株,经江西国药厂人工接种培养成虫草菌菌丝体。本文对该虫草菌丝体的醇提取物(简称Cs—A)进行了降压作用及其机制的研究。 麻醉犬5只静脉注射Cs—A0.3g/kg(~1/80LD_(50))即出现降压作用,于1～3分钟降到最低值,给药前平均血压为106±5.9mmHg,用药后降至60.4±2.4mmHg平均降低42.4±2.3％(P<0.001)。降压持
Cordyceps Sinensis (Berk) Sacc is a rare medicinal material in China. The Cs-4 Cordyceps strains were isolated from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and were inoculated and cultivated into Cordyceps militaris mycelia by Jiangxi National Pharmaceutical Factory. In this paper, we studied the antihypertensive effect of alcohol extracts (Cs-A) of Cordyceps mycelium and its mechanism. Anesthetized dogs were given intravenous injection of Cs-A 0.3g/kg (~1/80LD_(50)), and the antihypertensive effect appeared. The blood pressure dropped to a minimum in 1 to 3 minutes.
