目的:考察吴茱萸挥发油、芥子油、大黄总蒽醌作为促渗剂对阿魏酸经皮渗透的影响。方法:采用YBP6型智能透皮试验仪,以小鼠离体腹部皮肤为渗透屏障,采用HPLC法对阿魏酸进行含量测定,考察3种促渗剂在12 h内对阿魏酸累积渗透量、透皮吸收速率、透皮时滞等体外透皮吸收动力学参数的影响。结果:吴茱萸挥发油、芥子油、大黄总蒽醌的渗透速率分别为:1.9680、9.0627、5.7389μg/(cm2·h),增渗倍数(ER)分别为:0.95、4.39、2.77,透皮时滞分别为0.09、1.76、1.86 h。结论:3种天然透皮促渗剂均能明显促进阿魏酸的透皮吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Evodia rutaecarpa volatile oil, mustard oil and rhubarb total anthraquinone as penetration enhancers on transdermal infiltration of ferulic acid. Methods: By using the YBP6 intelligent transdermal test apparatus, the isolated abdominal skin of mice was used as the penetration barrier. The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. The cumulative permeation of ferulic acid , Transdermal absorption rate, transdermal delay and other in vitro transdermal absorption kinetics parameters. Results: The permeation rates of volatile oil, mustard oil and total anthraquinone of Fructus Evodiae were 1.9680,9.0627 and 5.7389μg / (cm2 · h) respectively, and the permeation multiples (ER) were 0.95, 4.39 and 2.77, respectively, Respectively 0.09,1.76,1.86 h. CONCLUSION: All three natural transdermal penetration enhancers can obviously promote the transdermal absorption of ferulic acid.
