《小学语文教学大纲》明确规定:小学语文教学的目的是培养学生识字、看书、作文的能力。我对《大纲》的认识归纳起来是三句话:培养能力是重点;搞好自学是关键;狠抓作文破难关。一、语文是工具,掌握工具必须具备能力,所以语文教学必须在学懂语文知识的前提下,以培养能力为重点过去的语文教学老师只看着卷面成绩,而忽略了教学过程中听、说、读、写的能力培养。我感到:语文书是培养学生能力的“工具”;语文课是培养学生能力的“车间”;语言文字是车间加工产品的“零件”。为了确保“产品”的合格,我给自己定了一个教学原则:
