对有关各种不同因子如生长素、植物激素、抗坏血酸、simazine、胆甾醇和酵母提取液的作用的研究提示,在各种植物的组织培养中激动素(KT)和胆甾醇对获得高产的甾体化合物,特别是薯蓣皂甙元最为有效。本文在闭鞘姜(Costus speciosus),多花薯蓣(Dioscorafloribunda),澳洲茄(Solanum aviculare)和银叶茄(S.elaeagnifolium)的悬浮培养生产薯蓣皂甙元中,以甘蔗汁代替培养基中的糖,对激动素和胆甾醇二者的作用进行了研究。生长在RT液体培养基中的上述植物的二年龄悬浮培养物,分别转移到下列培养基中培养:①RT培养
