随着我国高校心理健康教育的不断发展,依托朋辈辅导模式推动大学生心理健康教育成为许多高校努力探索的方向之一。在多样化的朋辈辅导模式中,心理委员制度是其中一种典型形式。心理委员制度在我国高校获得了蓬勃发展,但在实践中也存在着保障机制、支持机制和监督机制的缺位现象,从而使得我们对心理委员的角色定位、职责限定都显得容易理想化,缺乏操作性,因此需要对心理委员制度实施过程中的问题进行深入反思,并提出改进的方法对策。
