In this paper, the author considers the effects of oblique bending and shear deformation. It is suggested that the whole process of bending moment redistribution of reinforced concrete continuous beams be calculated according to the average minimum stiffness in the same bending moment section. Here, the average minimum stiffness refers to the average stiffness at the section of the maximum bending moment (in absolute value).
