本文考察了具有钙钛矿型晶体结构的稀土钴酸盐LnCoO_3(Ln=La~Er)的电子和红外光谱,用晶体学和Ln-O,Co-O键的共价性讨论了实验结果,发现中心离子Co~(3+)的电子跃迁受到稀土离子Ln~(3+)的有规律的影响。LnCoO_3有其特定的CoO_6基团振动光谱,Ln-O的共价性随着稀土元素原子序数的增大而加强:重稀土的红外光谱比轻稀土更丰富,有的还出现分裂现象。用IR技术考察了制备等过程中晶体结构的变化。
In this paper, the electronic and infrared spectra of LnCoO_3 (Ln = La ~ Er) with perovskite-type crystal structure were investigated. The experimental results were discussed by using the crystallography and the covalence of Ln-O and Co- It was found that the electronic transition of the central ion Co ~ (3+) was regularly affected by the rare earth ions Ln ~ (3+). LnCoO_3 has its own specific vibrational spectrum of CoO_6 group. The covalent property of Ln-O strengthens with the increase of the atomic number of rare earth elements. The infrared spectrum of heavy rare earth is more abundant than that of light rare earths, and some also show the splitting phenomenon. The change of crystal structure in preparation process was investigated by IR.
