目的:观察超声雾化吸入治疗声带小结的疗效。方法:选择声带小结患者57例为观察组;同期选取发声正常、无嗓音障碍病史,经动态喉镜检查声带外观、运动正常的57例志愿者为对照组。观察组给予超声雾化吸入治疗(地塞米松注射液5mg+庆大霉素注射液8万U+注射液糜蛋白酶4000U+氯化钠注射液50ml),比较对照组及观察组治疗前1天,治疗2周、1个月、2个月后声学指标及动态喉镜情况。结果:治疗前,观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰均非常显著高于对照组,嗓音障碍指数(DSI)非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗2周后,观察组动态喉镜检查显示声带小结无显著变化,基频微扰、振幅微扰、DSI与治疗前比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗1个月,动态喉镜检查显示声带小结显著缩小甚至消失;观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰显著高于治疗前,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);DSI显著低于治疗前,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰非常显著高于治疗前,DSI非常显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰、DSI与对照组比较,均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:超声雾化吸入治疗声带小结疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasonic atomization inhalation on vocal nodules. Methods: Fifty-seven patients with vocal nodules were selected as the observation group. During the same period, 57 normal volunteers with normal vocalization and no voice disorder were examined. The observation group was given ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy (dexamethasone injection 5mg + gentamicin injection 80,000 U + injection chymotrypsin 4000U + sodium chloride injection 50ml), compared with the control group and the observation group 1 day before treatment, treatment 2 Weeks, 1 month, 2 months after the acoustic parameters and dynamic laryngoscope situation. Results: Before treatment, the basic frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the voice disorder index (DSI) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). After 2 weeks of treatment, dynamic laryngoscopy in the observation group showed no significant changes in the vocal nodules. There was no significant difference in the basic frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation and DSI between before and after treatment (P> 0.05). After 1 month of treatment, dynamic laryngoscopy showed that the vocal nodules significantly reduced or even disappeared. The basic frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) Before and significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). After 2 months of treatment, the basic frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and DSI was significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.01). The basic frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation, DSI and control Group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic atomization inhalation treatment of vocal nodules better effect.
