维生素C与癌的关系比较复杂,大剂量维C治疗晚期癌症可延长病人生命和改善症状,常吃富含维C食品人群癌症发病率低,维C对物理、化学,生物致癌因子有抑制作用,使转化的细胞逆转,高维C摄入可降低小鼠自发乳腺癌发生率。本文用长期体外培养自发转化NIH3T3细胞系经维C处理30天,观察转化细胞表型改变,探索维C对转化细胞的逆转效应。 材料与方法 NIH3T3细胞体外传代7.5月,细胞对外源性凝集因子PHA的细胞凝集率及软琼脂克隆形成率均明显上升,提示该细胞由原始弱转化型自发转变成强转化型细胞。细胞分两组,一组常规传代(培液为PRMI
The relationship between vitamin C and cancer is relatively complex, large doses of vitamin C treatment of advanced cancer can prolong patient life and improve symptoms. People who eat vitamin C foods have a low incidence of cancer. Vitamin C has inhibitory effects on physical, chemical, and biological carcinogenic factors. The reversal of transformed cells, high-dimensional C intake can reduce the incidence of spontaneous breast cancer in mice. In this article, the long-term in vitro cultured NIH3T3 cell line transformed spontaneously was treated with vitamin C for 30 days. The phenotypic changes of the transformed cells were observed and the reversal effect of vitamin C on the transformed cells was explored. Materials and Methods NIH3T3 cells were passaged in vitro for 7.5 months. The cell agglutination factor exogenous aggregation factor PHA and cloning rate of soft agar increased significantly, indicating that the cells spontaneously transformed from the original weak transformation type to strong transformation type cells. The cells were divided into two groups and a group of routine passages (Prmi
