多媒体语音室在英语教学中能有效支持多种授课方式,是更加方便快捷和科学的教学设备。提高语音室管理员素质,是充分、最大限度地挖掘并运用好这一现代化教学资源、提高教学质量的重要因素。基于此,在分析语音室管理员素质现状的基础上,提出了一名优秀的语音室管理员应具备的素质,并就如何提高语音室管理员素质进行了探讨,以期促进多媒体语音室的可持续发展,满足大学英语教学多元的需要。
Multimedia language room in English teaching can effectively support a variety of teaching methods, is more convenient and scientific teaching equipment. To improve the quality of the language lab administrators is an important factor that fully and maximally excavates and uses this modern teaching resource and improves the teaching quality.
