本文对168例用各种方法保持关节间隙的关节成形术进行综述分析,找出失败的原因并对疑难问题进行探讨,认为自体全厚皮作为关节成形术的间置物是有价值的。
In this paper, 168 cases of arthroplasty with various methods to maintain the joint space were reviewed and analyzed to find out the reasons for the failure and to explore the difficult problems. It is concluded that the autologous full-thickness skin is valuable as a spacer for arthroplasty.
