北安农场管理局耕地肥力下降,已从量变演变为生产能力大幅度下降的质变,日趋成为农业生产的主要限制因素,已到了人们应该反思及采取必要的培肥措施的时候了。一、肥力下降的现状由于长期进行掠夺式经营,重产出,轻投入;重用地,轻养地;重化肥,轻有机肥,使投入产出失去平衡,耕地土壤肥力大幅度下降。北安农管局所属14个农场,有耕地350多万亩。1978年全国第一次土壤普查到1984年的第二次普查,6年间耕地总平均:有机质从6.5%下降到6.025%;全氮从0.39%下降到0.296%;全磷从0.22%下降到0.215%;水解氮、速效磷从100克土的5.8毫克、2.33毫克分别下降到5.47毫克和2.2
