通过参数计算,得到了在体表局部受热情况下机体组织的温度分布以及加热探头半径、组织血液灌注率和环境温度等参数对温度分布的影响。结果表明了机体组织内热干扰区的温度分布特性、热干扰区的宽度和深度以及热干扰宽度和深度的人为控制方法。结果还预示了必须小心选择加热探头半径,并为系统参数的最佳组合提供了有益的启示。
Through the parameter calculation, the temperature distribution of body tissue and the influence of heating probe radius, tissue blood perfusion rate and ambient temperature on the temperature distribution were obtained under local body surface heating. The results show the temperature distribution characteristics of the thermal interference zone in the body tissue, the width and depth of the thermal interference zone, and the human-controlled method of the width and depth of thermal interference. The results also foreshadow the need to carefully select the heating probe radius and provide useful insights into the optimal combination of system parameters.
