2014年3月18日,由四川省艺术研究院主办的“我们的中国梦——努力创建省级艺术研究强院学术交流会”在成都市大邑县安仁古镇召开。四川省文化厅党组成员、副厅长、四川省艺术研究院院长泽波等领导以及魏明伦、严福昌、何应辉等专家学者出席会议并做了主题发言。四川省艺术研究院是经四川省编办于2007年8月批准,以四川省川剧艺术研究院、四川省音乐舞蹈研究所为基础,合并组建的四川省文化厅直属的集艺术科研、艺术教育、艺术创作于一体的省级综合性公共文化服务机构,是四川省文化艺术发展的一个重要阵
