目的探讨不同脂肪酸饮食对糖耐量正常人群内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)的影响及其与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法 30例糖耐量正常受试者食用不同类型脂肪酸饮食,分为3组,饱和脂肪酸饮食(S)组、单不饱和脂肪酸饮食(M)组、多不饱和脂肪酸饮食(P)组,饮食干预后分别进行OGTT实验,检测外周血清Visfatin、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)来评估胰岛素敏感性。结果不饱和脂肪酸组的FPG、TC、LDL-C、apoB显著降低,3组间TG、HDL-C、VLDL、apoA、AUCglu、HOMA-β及其余时间点的血糖差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与M组相比,S组和P组的FIns、HOMA-IR、AUCIns显著升高,空腹Visfatin显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),60min时M组相比S组Visfatin显著降低(P<0.01)。Visfatin与HOMA-IR呈明显负相关(r=-0.458,P<0.05)。结论单不饱和脂肪酸饮食可以升高Visfatin水平,以改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To investigate the effects of different fatty acid diets on visfatin in normal glucose tolerance and its relationship with insulin resistance. Methods Thirty healthy subjects with impaired glucose tolerance were divided into three groups: fatty acid diet (S), monounsaturated fatty acid diet (M), polyunsaturated fatty acid diet (P), diet intervention OGTT experiments were performed respectively. Visfatin, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and HOMA-IR were measured to evaluate insulin sensitivity. Results The levels of FPG, TC, LDL-C and apoB in the unsaturated fatty acid group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in TG, HDL-C, VLDL, apoA, AUCglu, HOMA- > 0.05). Compared with M group, FIns, HOMA-IR and AUCIns in S group and P group were significantly increased, Visfatin in fasting group was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and Visfatin in M group was significantly lower than that in S group <0.01). Visfatin was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR (r = -0.458, P <0.05). Conclusions Monounsaturated fatty acid diet can increase Visfatin level to improve insulin resistance.
