为了对斑点叉尾鮰维氏气单胞菌感染的病原生物特性和基因分型进行研究,对569尾发病鱼的发病情况、临床症状、病理变化等进行了系统归纳,同时对分离纯化的目标病原菌进行了形态学、生理生化等主要生物学性状测定,并对分离菌进行了16SrDNA基因序列测定,应用肠杆菌基因间重复共有序列-PCR(ERIC-PCR)分析方法进行了基因分型。结果表明,分离获得的13个菌株的16SrDNA序列均与维氏气单胞菌聚为一支,同源性为97.6%~97.8%;ERIC-PCR结果显示,13株维氏气单胞菌分离株可分为3个聚类群,且存在同一地区的分离株存在不同基因型和不同养鱼场的分离株属于同一基因型的情况。
In order to study the pathogenic characteristics and genotyping of Aeromonas sobria infection in Spotted Fagus, the incidence, clinical symptoms and pathological changes of 569 infected fish were systematically summarized, and the target pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified The morphological, physiological, biochemical and other major biological properties were measured. The 16S rDNA gene sequences of the isolates were determined. The genotyping was performed using the Enterobacterial Repetitive consensus-PCR (ERIC-PCR) method. The results showed that the 16SrDNA sequences of 13 isolates were clustered together with Aeromonas sobria, and the homology was 97.6% ~ 97.8%. The results of ERIC-PCR showed that 13 isolates of Aeromonas sobria Strain can be divided into three clusters, and there is the same region isolates exist different genotypes and different fish farm isolates belong to the same genotype.
