〕目的：为观察止血明目胶囊对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的治疗作用。方法：将８０例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者，随机分为治疗组（５０例）和对照组（３０例）。观察治疗前后眼底变化情况、视力改善情况及血流变学改变。结果：治疗组总有效率达９２．３％，与对照组（５７．１％）比较，经统计学处理差异有极显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），且治疗组对数视力、出血吸收时间、血流变学改变治疗前后自身及组间比较差异均有显著性意义，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：止血明目胶囊不失为治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的良药，有开发应用价值
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhixue Mingmu capsule on patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Eighty diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (30 cases). Observation of fundus changes before and after treatment, visual acuity and hemorrheological changes. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.3%, compared with the control group (57.1%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), and the treatment group, the number of visual acuity, bleeding Absorption time, changes in hemorheology before and after treatment itself and between groups were significant differences, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Hemostatic eyesight capsule after all, is a good medicine for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, development and application of value
