目的:建立小儿抗病毒颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:以薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别方中陈皮、连翘、金银花;以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40∶60∶1),检测波长为280nm,柱温40℃,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:TCL色谱中能明显检出陈皮、连翘、金银花;黄芩苷的检测浓度线性范围为0.1036~1.036μL(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.64%(RSD为1.16%)。结论:本方法准确、可靠,可用于小儿抗病毒颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for quality control of antiviral particles in children. Methods: TLC method was used to identify Citrus chinensis, Forsythia suspensa, and honeysuckle. The content of baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Shim-pack VP-ODS (150 mm×4.6 mm), the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (40:60:1), the detection wavelength was 280 nm, the column temperature was 40° C., and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min −1 . RESULTS: TLC was detected clearly in the TLC chromatography. The linear range of baicalin detection concentration was 0.1036-1.036 μL (r=0.9999). The average recovery rate was 99.64% (RSD was 1.16%). Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of antiviral particles in children.
