目的:研究碎米花杜鹃提取物乙酸乙酯部分分离得到的化合物原花青素A-1(Proanthocyanidin A-1,简称PAA-1)的免疫调节活性。方法:采用MTT法,通过PAA-1体外刺激,研究了其对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的增殖、NK细胞杀伤活性及对巨噬细胞吞噬活性和释放效应分子NO的影响。结果:PAA-1在浓度为5~100 mg/L时能刺激脾细胞增殖,增加腹腔巨噬细胞能量代谢能力,增强巨噬细胞对中性红的吞噬能力及NO的分泌量,激活自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)对YAC-1细胞的杀伤能力。结论:PAA-1能增强小鼠的免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the immunomodulatory activity of a compound, proanthocyanidin A-1 (PAA-1) isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Rhododendron fortunei extract. Methods: MTT assay was used to investigate the effects of PAA-1 on the proliferation and NK cell cytotoxicity of murine splenic lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages, as well as the phagocytic activity of macrophages and the release of NO. Results: PAA-1 stimulated the proliferation of splenocytes at a concentration of 5-100 mg / L, increased the energy metabolism of peritoneal macrophages, enhanced phagocytic activity of macrophages and the secretion of NO, and activated natural killer Cytotoxicity of cells (NK cells) to YAC-1 cells. Conclusion: PAA-1 can enhance the immune function in mice.
