构建和谐龙江首先依赖于龙江人自身的和谐发展,因此,转变龙江人传统粗放的生活方式十分必要。首先给出了文明修身是提高龙江人精神生活质量、增强其自教自律能力、以全面发展为最终目的的生成性活动的观点,然后指出它将有利于引导龙江人正确处理眼前与长远、局部与全局、自身与他人之间的关系,最后提出了文明修身能促使龙江人形成正向选择、比较选择和责任选择的主体性生活方式。
Building a harmonious Longjiang first depends on the harmonious development of Longjiang people themselves, therefore, the traditional Longman people to change the extensive life style is necessary. First of all, it points out that civilized self-cultivation is a creative activity that enhances the spiritual life quality of Longjiang people, enhances their self-teaching and self-discipline ability, and takes all-round development as their ultimate goal. Then it points out that it will help lead Longjiang people to correctly handle immediate and long- , Local and global, the relationship between themselves and others, and finally put forward the civilized self-cultivation can promote the formation of Longjiang people a positive choice, the choice of life and the choice of the subjective way of life.
