在现代社会,随着被领导者受教育程度的不断提高,各方面能力和素养的不断提升,使其越来越有能力自己管理自己,自己领导自己,对领导者的依赖程度在不断的降低,这就替代了领导者的部分职责。在有的时候,领导者是多余的,被领导者完全可以自己领导自己,并且领导效果却更好。这就要求领导者要认识到这种不可避免的替代现象,并要不断进行思想转变,不断更新领导观,不断促进领导创新。只有这样,领导才会更超脱,领导才会更有效。
