目的识别、分析和评价某气体配置公司职业病危害因素,为职业防护提供依据。方法 2014年采用现场调查、检查表和检测检验等方法进行评价。结果该企业生产过程中产生的化学职业病危害因素为甲苯、二甲苯、二氧化硫、硫化氢、一氧化碳、汞;物理因素为噪声。喷漆作业产生的二甲苯短时间接触浓度为109.35 mg/m3,打码作业场所的噪声8 h等效声级为86.1 d B(A),均超过了国家标准;岗位超标率分别为16.7%和50.0%。对接触职业病危害因素的45人进行了职业健康检查,未发现目标疾病。结论该企业存在的职业病危害因素有化学有害因素、物理因素和噪声。该企业应改进喷漆岗位的排风装置,严格要求有关人员配戴防护用品。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate occupational hazards of a gas distribution company and provide basis for occupational protection. Methods In 2014, field surveys, checklists and testing methods were used for evaluation. Results The chemical occupational hazards in the production process were toluene, xylene, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide and mercury. The physical factors were noise. The short-time contact concentration of xylene produced by the painting operation was 109.35 mg / m3 and the equivalent sound level of 8 h at the coding site was 86.1 d B (A), both of which exceeded the national standard; the exceeding rates of post were 16.7% and 50.0%. Occupational health examinations were conducted on 45 people exposed to occupational hazards and no target disease was found. Conclusion There are chemical harmful factors, physical factors and noises in occupational hazards in this enterprise. The company should improve the painting booth ventilation devices, strict requirements of the staff to wear protective equipment.
