随着新课程改革的深入,与其适应的教学组织形式之一的小组讨论合作学习越来越多的被教师引进课堂。这种形势能充分体现教学民主,也能给予学生更多自由活动时间和更多的互相交流的机会,有效的小组合作讨论确是培养学生合作精神和激发学生创新意识的重要手段。近几年,我们的数学课堂发生了可喜的变化,小组合作学习进入数学课堂,学生成为学习的主体,学生的学习积极性有了很大的提高,自主、合作、探究正成为学生主要的学习方式之一。接下来,我谈谈自己对组织数学课堂有效的小组合作学习的几点认识。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, a group discussion with one of the teaching organization forms that it adapts to is more and more being introduced into the classroom by teachers. This situation can fully demonstrate the teaching of democracy, but also give students more freedom of movement time and more opportunities for mutual exchange, effective group discussion is to cultivate students cooperation and stimulate student innovation awareness is an important means. In recent years, our mathematics classroom has undergone gratifying changes, the group of cooperative learning into the mathematics classroom, students become the main body of learning, the enthusiasm of students has been greatly improved, autonomy, cooperation, research is becoming the main way of learning students one. Next, let me talk about my understanding of the effective group cooperative learning in organizing math classes.
