GB/T19000—ISO9000系列标准(以下简称系列标准)要求,“为了开展质量管理,组织应使用ISO9000族标准,以便以‘管理者推动’和‘受益者推动’两种方式建立、实施和改进其质量体系”,并对建立、实施质量体系的原则、方法和质量体系要素作了详细阐述,同时还对如何选择质量体系要素以及对每个要素采用的程度等提供了指南。本文以系列标准为指导,对医院建立健全医疗质量体系作一初步探讨。
The GB/T19000-ISO9000 series of standards (hereinafter referred to as the series of standards) require that “in order to carry out quality management, the organization shall use the ISO 9000 family of standards in order to establish, implement and improve them in the form of ’manager promotion’ and ’beneficiary promotion’. ”Quality system", and elaborated on the principles, methods and quality system elements for establishing and implementing a quality system. It also provided guidance on how to select quality system elements and the degree of adoption of each element. This article takes a series of standards as a guide to make a preliminary discussion on the establishment of a sound medical quality system in hospitals.
