目的比较观察汽化和雾化两种过氧化氢消毒机对医院病房消毒效果,为临床科室终末消毒设备的正确选择和使用提供依据。方法通过生物和化学监测法,对两类过氧化氢消毒机对病房消毒效果进行比较观察和评估。结果汽化过氧化氢消毒机,空气中过氧化氢理论浓度为2 597 mg/m3,作用120 min,化学监测合格率为81.48%,生物监测无菌率为77.78%。雾化过氧化氢消毒机,空气中过氧化氢理论浓度为645 mg/L,作用120 min,化学监测合格率为40.74%,生物监测无菌率为25.93%。结论汽化过氧化氢消毒机较雾化过氧化氢消毒机更适合医院病房环境终末消毒。
Objective To compare the disinfection effect of two kinds of hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine on hospital ward, and provide the basis for the correct selection and use of terminal disinfection equipment in clinical departments. Methods By biological and chemical monitoring method, two types of hydrogen peroxide disinfection of ward disinfection effect were compared observed and evaluated. Results The vaporization hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine, the theoretical concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the air was 2 597 mg / m3, the effect was 120 min, the qualified rate of chemical monitoring was 81.48%, and the sterile rate of biomonitoring was 77.78%. Atomization hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine, the theoretical concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the air was 645 mg / L, the effect of 120 min, the chemical monitoring pass rate was 40.74%, the biological monitoring of sterile rate was 25.93%. Conclusion The vaporization hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine is more suitable for hospital ward environment terminal disinfection than atomized hydrogen peroxide disinfection machine.
