六十年代生产的电子显微镜多数不带有倍率自动显示装置,操作人员想知道电子显微镜当时的倍率是比较麻烦的。首先要记录IL(或PL)电流、HV大小和M数值,然后查找倍率曲线或倍率表。我们利用TP-801单板计算机实现了JEM-7型电镜倍率的自动查找。只要把IL(或PL)值、M数值、HV大小告诉计算机,计算机立即显示出相应的倍率。本文介绍的程序是利用计算机不仅能进行科学计算、而且还能进行数据处理、逻辑加工的特点设计的。先将倍率表存放在计算机的存贮器内,再设计一个查表程序,也存放在存贮器内,操作人员给出条件后,计算机立即执行查表程序,并显示结果。
Most of the electron microscopes produced in the 1960s did not have a magnification automatic display device, and the operator wondered if the magnification of the electron microscope at the time was rather troublesome. First, record the IL (or PL) current, the HV size, and the M value, then look for the override curve or magnification table. We use the TP-801 single-board computer to achieve a JEM-7 electron microscope magnification automatic search. As long as the IL (or PL) value, M value, HV size told the computer, the computer immediately shows the corresponding magnification. This article describes the program is the use of computers not only for scientific computing, but also for data processing, logic processing features designed. First magnification table stored in the computer’s memory, and then design a look-up table program is also stored in memory, the operator gives the conditions, the computer immediately perform a look-up program, and display the results.
