目的:观察一站式健康教育对高海拔地区(青海省玉树州)干部健康的影响,探讨高海拔地区多发病和常见病的健康教育模式。方法:对玉树地区224例干部进行健康体检,发现检出疾病较高为:高脂血症、脂肪肝、肝功能异常等,根据结果随机分成对照组和观察组,观察组由临床责任护士和医师、营养师共同组成,进行一站式健康教育,对照组进行常规的饮食和生活习惯健康宣教。比较两组干部6个月和12个月后的健康状况。结果:两组干部在6个月和12个月后的健康体检显示,对照组的多发病和常见病明显高于观察组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:通过对高海拔地区多发病和常见病的一站式健康教育,减少和降低了多发病和常见病的发生率。
Objective: To observe the effect of one-stop health education on cadres’ health in high altitude (Yushu Prefecture, Qinghai Province) and to explore the health education patterns of frequently occurring and common diseases in high altitude areas. Methods: A total of 224 cadres in Yushu district were examined by physical examination, and the higher detected diseases were: hyperlipidemia, fatty liver and abnormal liver function. According to the results, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group consisted of clinical responsibility nurses and Physicians, nutritionists together, a one-stop health education, control group for routine health education and eating habits and habits. The two groups of cadres were compared six months and 12 months after the health status. Results: The two groups of cadres at 6 months and 12 months after the health examination showed that the control group of frequently-occurring disease and common disease was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: Through the one-stop health education on high incidence and common diseases in high altitude area, the incidence of frequently-occurring diseases and common diseases are reduced and reduced.
