本研究以二裂委陵菜种子为研究对象,研究了浸种温度和种子大小对其萌发特征的影响。结果表明:浸种和浸种温度显著提高二裂委陵菜种子的各项萌发指标。经历过10℃浸种后,其种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高。在未浸种和10℃浸种处理下,二裂委陵菜种子大小显著影响发芽率,而未能影响其他萌发指标。结论:经历10℃浸种有利于二裂委陵菜种子的萌发,这是二裂委陵菜与原生地环境相适应的一种表现。
In this study, two seeds of Potentilla chinensis were studied, and the effects of soaking temperature and seed size on their germination characteristics were studied. The results showed that soaking and soaking temperature significantly increased the germination index of Potentilla anserina. After soaking at 10 ℃, the seed germination rate, germination potential and germination index were the highest. Under the condition of non-soaking seeds and soaking seeds at 10 ℃, the seed size of Potentilla chinensis significantly affected the germination rate, but did not affect other germination indexes. Conclusion: Soaking seed at 10 ℃ is beneficial to the seed germination of Potentilla andeana, which is a manifestation of adaptability to the native environment of Potentilla.
