针对双进双出磨煤机钢球单耗高的问题,对影响因素进行了分析,确定解决问题的对策是确定合适的磨煤机料、钢球量和改变钢球添加方式。介绍了磨煤机料位和钢球量试验情况,及钢球添加方式的变化。通过对策实施后的运行效果和效益测算表明,可以有效降低双进双出磨煤机钢球单耗,可以更好适应煤质的变化。
Aiming at the problem of high unit consumption of ball in double inlet and double outlet coal mills, the influencing factors are analyzed and the solution to the problem is to determine the suitable material of coal mill, the amount of steel balls and the way of adding steel balls. This paper introduces the experiment of mill material level and the amount of steel ball and the change of ball adding way. Through the implementation of the measures after the operation results and estimates show that the benefits can effectively reduce the coal consumption of double-inlet and outlet coal mill unit, you can better adapt to changes in coal quality.
