用健康成年家兔9只,分三组进行实验。第一组用电吸引器吸去小脑左侧半球大部分及齿状核的一部分;第二组电解损毁小脑左侧半球皮质小部分及其深部的髓质;第三组电解损毁左侧齿状核小部分。喂养3~7日后作冰冻脑干连续横切片,Fink-Heimer 法染色,光镜下追踪观察溃变纤维及终末溃变。结果是:两侧动眼神经核、滑车神经核和展神经核内均有溃变纤维及终末溃变。动眼神经核中的溃变以对侧的明显且多,滑车神经核和展神经核中的则以同侧的较多。这些纤维均发自齿状核。最后讨论了此系由齿状核到支配眼外肌神经核的纤维投射的机能意义。
Nine healthy adult rabbits were divided into three groups for experiments. In the first group, most of the left hemisphere and a part of the dentate nucleus were sucked up by the electromagnetism attractor; the second group of electrolytes damaged a small part of the left hemisphere cortex and medulla in the deep part of the cerebellum; Nuclear small part. These fibers are from the dentate core. Finally, we discuss the functional significance of this system from the dentate nucleus to the fiber projection that dictates the extraocular nerve nucleus.
