企业是国民经济发展的细胞,“以市场为导向,企业为主体”是我国技术标准发展战略的重要指导思想。大力推进我国企业积极参与国际、国家、行业和企业标准化活动,自主创新制定高水平的标准,提高标准的运用能力,已成为实现“十一五”期间标准化跨越式发展的重要举措。然而,目前我国众多企业在实质性参与标准化工作,尤其在参与国际标准化活动方面还处于十分被动的境地。其中一个十分重要的原因,在于企业标准化人才缺乏,素质不高。鉴此,本刊特辟《标准大讲堂》栏目,邀请我国著名标准化专家针对企业标准化工作的热点、难点进行讲解、答疑与互动,旨在排解企业在标准化实践中的疑难与困惑。《标准大讲堂》是本刊为促进我国企业标准水平的提高,加强与广大企业标准化工作联系而搭建的一个交流与互动平台,热忱欢迎广大企业积极参与交流与互动,携手办好本栏目。这是本刊的真诚愿望。
Enterprises are the cells of the development of the national economy. “Market-oriented and business-oriented” are the important guiding ideology for the development strategy of China’s technical standards. Vigorously pushing forward the active participation of Chinese enterprises in the international, national, industrial and enterprise standardization activities, developing a high standard of independent innovation and improving the ability to use standards have become an important measure to achieve standardization and leapfrog development during the 11th Five-year Plan period. However, at present, many enterprises in our country are still in a very passive position in their substantive participation in standardization work, especially in participating in international standardization activities. One of the most important reasons is the lack of standardized personnel in enterprises and low quality. In view of this, we publish the column of “Standard Lecture Hall” and invite famous experts in China to explain, answer and interact with the hot and difficult issues of standardization in order to resolve the difficulties and confusion in the standardization practice of enterprises. The “Standard Lecture Hall” is an exchange and interactive platform set up by our magazine to promote the improvement of enterprise standards in our country and to strengthen the standardization work with the vast majority of enterprises. We warmly welcome all the enterprises to actively participate in the exchange and interaction and jointly manage this section. This is our sincere wish.
