针对水泥和乳化沥青两种结合料对水泥乳化沥青混合料性能的不同影响,研究了不同结合料剂量条件下水泥乳化沥青混合料的性能。试验结果表明:在一定用量范围内,当乳化沥青用量一定时,水泥用量增加,混合料的马歇尔稳定度、抗压强度、抗折强度和抗压回弹模量随之增加,高温和水稳性能变好;当水泥用量一定时,乳化沥青用量超过8.0%,相应的力学指标呈下降趋势,高温、水稳性能变差,但低温性能变好。
According to the different effects of cement and emulsified asphalt binder on the performance of cement emulsified asphalt mixture, the properties of cement emulsified asphalt mixture under different dosage of binder were studied. The results show that the amount of cement increases with the dosage of emulsified asphalt within a certain dosage range. The Marshall stability, compressive strength, flexural strength and compressive resilience modulus of the mixture increase with the increase of the temperature and water stability When the amount of cement is constant, the amount of emulsified asphalt exceeds 8.0%, the corresponding mechanical indexes show a downward trend, the high temperature and water stability deteriorate but the low temperature performance becomes better.
