为研究碳纤维布加固不同锈蚀率钢筋混凝土梁的的抗弯性能,通过外加电流法获得锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁粘贴碳纤维布加固后进行受弯试验。结果表明:锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁整体上随着钢筋锈蚀率的提高,其承载力和抗弯刚度不断降低;锈蚀严重时,会发生脆性破坏;锈蚀混凝土梁粘贴碳纤维布加固可以明显提高其承载力和抗弯刚度;同时随着钢筋锈蚀率的提高,抗弯刚度的增加幅度也不断提高,而承载力的增幅影响不大。在试验及分析结果的基础上,引入锈蚀梁整体刚度退化系数以及考虑到碳纤维布拱作用模式的影响,进而提出了碳纤维布加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯刚度的计算方法。
In order to study the flexural strength of CFRP strengthened RC beams with different corrosiveness, CFRP was used to reinforce the corroded reinforced concrete beams and then subjected to bending test. The results show that the corrosion resistance of reinforced concrete beams decreases with the increase of the corrosion rate of the steel bars, and the bearing capacity and bending rigidity decrease continuously. When the corrosion is serious, the brittle failure occurs. The corrosion resistance of concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets can obviously increase the bearing capacity and Flexural rigidity. At the same time, as the corrosion rate of steel increases, the increase of flexural rigidity increases, while the increase of bearing capacity has little effect. Based on the results of experiments and analysis, the overall stiffness degradation coefficient of corroded beams is taken into account and the influence of arching mode of carbon fiber arch is taken into account. Then the calculation method of the flexural rigidity of corroded RC beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets is proposed.
