目的探讨食管癌胸腔镜辅助根治术术前访视AIDET沟通模式应用效果。方法选取我院行胸腔镜辅助食管癌根治术患者50例,选取单日入院患者为观察组(n=26),双日入院患者为对照组(n=24),对照组接受常规术前访视,观察组在基于常规术前访视基础上运用AIDET沟通模式进行术前访视。观察两组患者T_1、T_2、T_3的AVAT、VAS和RS及术后第2天访视中患者对手术服务满意情况。结果两组患者T_1、T_2、T_3时间点AVAT、VAS、RS评分比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组T_1、T_2、T_3时间点AVAT、VAS、RS评分均低于对照组。观察组术后第2天访视满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌胸腔镜辅助根治术术前访视AIDET沟通模式可显著减轻患者术前焦虑紧张情绪,减少麻醉苏醒期躁动,提高手术室护理服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of AIDET communication mode before esophagectomy assisted by thoracoscopy. Methods Fifty patients undergoing thoracoscopic assisted esophageal cancer radical resection were selected as the observation group (n = 26), two-day admission patients as the control group (n = 24), and the control group underwent routine preoperative visit The observation team used the AIDET communication model for preoperative visit based on routine preoperative visit. The TAT, VAS and RS of T 1, T 2 and T 3 in two groups were observed, and the patients’ satisfaction with the operation on the second day after operation was observed. Results The AVAT, VAS and RS scores of the two groups at T_1, T_2, and T_3 time points were significantly different (P <0.05). The scores of AVAT, VAS and RS at T_1, T_2, and T_3 in observation group were lower than those in control group . The satisfaction degree of the observation group on the second day after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The preoperative esophageal carcinoma thoracoscopic assisted radical mastectomy visit AIDET communication mode can significantly reduce anxiety and anxiety in patients before surgery to reduce anesthesia recovery period restlessness and improve the satisfaction of operating room nursing services.
