研究了34例间质性肺炎及肺纤维化病人的CT扫描结果及临床资料,男性19例,女性15例,平均年龄69岁。间质性肺炎28例,肺纤维化6例。13例经支气管穿刺肺组织活检证实,1例尸检证实,其余20例经临床、影象、及呼吸功能的测定结果确诊。作者采用staple和Colleagues描述的方法口测估计并记录了病人肺纤维化的CT评分。 结果显示,34例肺纤维化病人中纵隔气肿5例。纵隔内胸骨后间隙少量积气2例,主动脉弓前
The CT findings and clinical data of 34 patients with interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis were studied. There were 19 males and 15 females, with an average age of 69 years. Interstitial pneumonia in 28 cases, pulmonary fibrosis in 6 cases. Thirteen cases confirmed by bronchial biopsy of the lung tissue confirmed by autopsy in one case and the remaining 20 cases confirmed by clinical, imaging and respiratory function tests. The authors used the methods described by staple and Colleagues to orally estimate and record CT scores of patients with pulmonary fibrosis. The results showed that 34 cases of pulmonary fibrosis in 5 cases of mediastinal emphysema.
