目的:考察巴戟口服液补肾壮阳作用及可能机制,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:通过采用对大鼠交配能力和对雄性去势大鼠肾虚动物模型的试验,观察巴戟口服液对大鼠交配能力和对去势大鼠附性器官、性激素水平的影响。结果:巴戟口服液5.46g生药·kg-1剂量组能够明显增加雄性大鼠的捕捉和射精次数以及明显缩短捕捉和射精潜伏期;巴戟口服液各剂量组明显缩短去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期,增加去势大鼠提肛肌指数和血清睾酮的含量,同时有一定增加去势大鼠精囊腺和前列腺重量的趋势。结论:巴戟口服液有明显提高雄性大鼠的交配能力和提高去势大鼠附性器官和性激素的作用,提示巴戟口服液有一定的补肾壮阳作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect and its possible mechanism of Baji oral liquid for tonifying kidney and strengthening the yang, so as to provide experimental basis for clinical drug use. METHODS: By using the rats’ mating ability and the animal model of the kidney deficiency in male castration rats, the effects of Baji oral liquid on the rats’ mating ability and the levels of sexual organs and sex hormones in ovariectomized rats were observed. RESULTS: The dosage of 5.46g crude drug·kg-1 in Baba Oral Liquid significantly increased the number of capture and ejaculation in male rats and significantly shortened the capture and ejaculation latency. The dosage of Baqi oral solution significantly shortened the erectile latency of castrated rats. Increased levator ani muscle index and serum testosterone content in ovariectomized rats, and at the same time increased the tendency of seminal vesicles and prostate weights in ovariectomized rats. Conclusion: Baji Oral Liquid can significantly improve the mating ability of male rats and increase the role of accessory organs and sex hormones in ovariectomized rats, suggesting that Baji oral liquid has a certain role in kidney replenishing.
