目的 :探讨熟地黄对雌性小鼠老化进程中血清雌激素 (E2 )浓度、脾细胞雌激素受体 (ER)含量、成骨细胞孕激素受体(PR)含量的调节作用。方法 :应用放射免疫法、放射配体结合分析法技术 ,研究熟地黄对雌性小鼠老化进程中上述指标的调节作用。结果 :对照组随着老化进程的发展 ,血清中E2 浓度、脾细胞ER含量和成骨细胞PR含量均明显下降 ,并随老化程度呈阶段性变化 ;熟地黄组对应指标也有所下降 ,与对照组相比 ,PR、ER含量的下降速度明显减慢 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :熟地黄有抵抗老化进程中血清E2 浓度、脾细胞ER含量和成骨细胞PR含量下降这种生理性变化的功能 ,即有抗衰老作用。
Objective : To investigate the regulation of serum estrogen (E2) concentration, estrogen receptor (ER) content in spleen cells, and progesterone receptor (PR) content in osteoblasts by aging of female mice. METHODS: The radioimmunoassay and radioligand binding assay were used to study the regulatory effects of Radix Rehmanniae on the above indicators in the aging process of female mice. RESULTS: With the development of the aging process in the control group, serum E2 concentration, splenocyte ER content, and osteoblast PR content were all significantly decreased, and showed gradual changes with the degree of aging; corresponding indicators of the Rehmannia root group also decreased, and the control Compared with the group, the decrease of PR and ER content was significantly slowed down (P < 0.01). Conclusion : Rehmannia glutinosa has the function of resisting the physiological changes of serum E2 concentration, splenocyte ER content and osteoblast PR content during aging process, that is, it has anti-aging effect.
