前列腺癌的血管生成是肿瘤发生、进展、转移的重要因素之一。动态增强磁共振成像技术(DCE-MRI)可通过小分子钆对比剂无创地对组织血管特征进行评价,并获得时间信号强度(SI-T)参数和灌注参数以实现前列腺癌的半定量、定量分析。本文综述了DCE-MRI的基本原理及其在国内外前列腺癌诊断、分期等方面的研究进展。
Prostate cancer angiogenesis is one of the important factors of tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis. Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) provides a non-invasive assessment of tissue vascular characteristics by small-molecule gadolinium contrast agents and obtains temporal signal intensity (SI-T) parameters and perfusion parameters for semi-quantitative and quantitative prostate cancer analysis. This review summarizes the basic principles of DCE-MRI and its progress in the diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer at home and abroad.
