本文针对信息社会对图书馆提出的更高要求和新技术在图书馆工作中的广泛应用,分析了传统图书馆工作体系的弊端,提出了一种基于知识分类原理的新的工作体系模式,即按照知识体系将图书馆工作划分为若干节点,在某一节点中完成相应知识体系的一切文献的搜集、整理、加工、流通、检索、咨询等工作。这一工作体系加强了工作人员同文献知识内容和读者的联系,有利于改进图书馆工作,提高工作效率。
Aiming at the higher request of the information society and the wide application of the new technology in the library work, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional library work system and proposes a new working system mode based on the knowledge classification principle According to the knowledge system, the library work is divided into several nodes, and all the documents of the corresponding knowledge system are collected, sorted, processed, circulated, retrieved and consulted in a certain node. This system of work strengthens the staff’s contact with the contents of the literature and the reader’s knowledge, improves the work of the library and improves the work efficiency.
