中国和俄罗斯均为世界大国,互为近邻,又都面临着“发展经济”的共同目标,两国的经贸合作潜力很大。1996年,中俄签署了“战略协作伙伴关系”协议,为两国经贸关系的深化奠定了坚实的基础。目前,中俄两国经贸合作情况较好,但也存在着一些问题,只要双方重视解决,发展前景是广阔的,对我国银行业也将带来新的发展机遇。
Both China and Russia are great powers in the world and are close neighbors and both face the common goal of “developing the economy.” The economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has great potential. In 1996, China and Russia signed the “strategic cooperative partnership” agreement, laying a solid foundation for deepening the economic and trade relations between the two countries. At present, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia is in a better situation. However, there are still some problems. As long as both sides attach importance to solving the problem and their development prospects are vast, they will also bring about new development opportunities for the banking industry in our country.
